30-Day Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Caboodle purchase. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery.

How to Return

• Item must be unused and in its original packaging
• Email us at business@caboodle.com.au with your order number and reason for return
• We'll provide return instructions within 1 business day
• Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item

Consumer Guarantees

Our returns policy operates in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you are entitled to a remedy under the ACL regardless of our standard returns policy. No restocking fee applies.
