We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Payment is processed through the relevant marketplace platform (e.g. eBay, Amazon, Kmart) in accordance with that platform’s payment terms.
Orders are fulfilled directly from our global supply partners to Australian customers. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
